About Frontier Analytical Laboratory

Frontier Analytical Laboratory is an analytical laboratory that specializes in the analysis of polychlorinated dibenzo dioxins and furans (PCDD/Fs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on a variety of matrices. We offer analytical testing using a wide range of methodologies accepted by the USEPA, California Air Resources Board (CARB), and NCASI. We routinely meet or exceed all detection limits or reporting limits required by each analytical method.

Frontier Analytical Laboratory, formed in 2001, is classified as a small business and is located in El Dorado Hills, California. Our laboratory is housed in a custom designed five thousand (5000) square foot building that enjoys a spacious instrument area containing two high-resolution mass spectrometers (with room for expansion). Our sample preparation and separate glassware areas are large and feature open floor plans. All facets of the laboratory were designed to promote quality, productivity, safety, and communication.

Frontier Analytical Laboratory has a standard turnaround time of fourteen (14) days. This turnaround time is offered at a price that is comparable to the industry standard of twenty-one (21) to forty-five (45) days. Our facility design, unique size and high level of experience enable Frontier Analytical Laboratory to offer high quality defensible data at competitive prices and short turnaround times.

Frontier Analytical Laboratory is comprised of a group of elite chemists/analysts that offer more than fifty (50) years of combined experience in providing state of the art high-resolution mass spectrometry in the analysis of PCDD/Fs, PCBs, and PAHs. All samples will be extracted and analyzed by an analyst that has a relevant university degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in the extraction and analysis of PCDD/Fs, PCBs, and PAHs.

Customer service is a priority at Frontier Analytical Laboratory. We offer an array of customized reports. We can provide you a data package in virtually any format requested. We can create an electronic disk deliverable that easily uploads into your data system. We also have the capability to report data on EPA, USACE, NAVCO, and AFCEE forms.

In an effort to reduce paper waste, we encourage the use of electronic data. Upon sample arrival, we can email sample receipt letters, chain of custody forms and digital photos of the samples. In addition, all final reports include a compact disk (CD) that contains the entire report in PDF format for easy storage and retrieval of the data package.
